In the UNESCO-listed rice terraces of Pilar, participants engage in the timeless, repetitive practice of planting palay (rice seedlings) by hand alongside Ifugao farmers. The immersive activity—slow, quiet, grounded in earth—invites presence and self-regulation. The day ends with a traditional rice wine ceremony and sunset meditation.
